My Most Memorable Experience This Year!

My most memorable experience this year was when I and my family went to something called Skytrex. Skytrex is like a walk high up in the trees, in the middle of the forest. The Skytrex walk was 1km long, about 17m high above ground and it took about 2 hours to complete. The walk consists of 20 challenges, a challenge can be walking on swings or a stock or a flying fox between the trees. When I looked up to see the walk I was a little bit scared. Usually I am not scared for heights but this time I was. This feeling and experience was my most memorable activity this year.

My Weekend

This was a really great weekend! I was invited to my friends birthday party at Genting highlands. We took the car up to the them park. Everybody was excited for this day. Most of the rides was open, but not all of them. The corkscrew (rollercoster) was closed because of reparation so my friends was very disappointed about that. there was all this cool rides to go on. Rain was coming a few times out through the day and it was foggy. It was also pretty cold. I was really happy that I was wearing a jacket and trousers. The weather was not fun, however over all it was so much fun. Later on we went to Pizza Hat to eat some lunch. I ate this really crunchy pizza, it tasted like heaven. After that we went shopping for a while and me and my friend bought the same necklace together. I was sort of scared to go on some of the rides, but later on it was so much fun. I was so glad that I spent this great day with my friends. After all we went home in the car and everybody was tired and had so much fun.

Turn Off Water While Showering

Water is the most important thing we need for surviving. Without water we will die. People die because they have too little clean water and too much dirty water. Many people use more water than necessary and some people do not have enough water. We waste a lot of water while showering. One problem is that people take a shower too long or too often because they like it. A ten-minute shower uses about 160 liters of water. A lot of that water is only being wasted. People should not waste water while taking a shower. It should be used wisely.

Using water also means using energy. When we turn on the shower, it takes a while for the water to come out through the knob and then into the bath or shower. First of all the water needs to be turned on for hot water. This means using energy. After that all the water starts from the water boiler and then goes through the tube that lead to the tap. From the tube the water change to another tube that goes to the shower handle. Finally the water comes out and we get to shower. Every time turning on the shower we use all this energy only for turning the water on. The energy that it takes for the water to be turned on is made out of coal and oil and they are going to terminate as well if not used wisely.

There are at least three ways of how you can fix the problem with wasting water while
showering. One way it can be fixed through is turning off the water while soaping/ washing. Another way is, not to take a shower too often or too long, only a few minutes.
One important thing is to always remember to turn off the water after finishing showering. Even if the water is dripping it matters because after it has gone on and on for a plenty of time it can have wasted many liters of water without you really noticing. That means, be extra careful and keep your eyes open, and turn the knob off properly after finishing showering.

This is really important and it is dangerous if this water crisis doesn’t stop. So please stop taking a long shower and save the water from terminating and people from dying. The only thing that I am asking you for is to turn off the water while soaping and never ever leave the knob dripping, it has to be turned of properly. Go out and make a difference and save many liters of water instead of wasting it in the house. Remember never ever waste water if not necessary.

The Lost Bottle

The moon went up in the sky as I walked through the forest. It was dark and really wet out there. I could barely see anything. I zipped up my pocket to get my flashlight. I found it in my left pocket and I turned it on as I continued to walk through. At the very far end I could see that the forest ended. I continued to walk towards the light at the end of the forest. Suddenly I was there, on a beach. No one was there, just me. The sand was soft and the waves were high. I was lost out there, didn´t know where to go, just looked around. I didn´t even know which way I came from. I felt something hard and sharp in the sand. I kneeled down in the sand and started digging. I found something really wet. It was a bottle with shells on it. As I was holding it with one hand I tried to open the lost bottle. The cut on my hand was from the very sharp shells. Blood was dripping down as I opened it carefully. It was almost impossible but I kept on trying. I threw the bottle against a rock but it didn´t want to open. I started walking again as I heard a weird noise coming from behind me. Immediately I turned back, to look where the noise came from. The bottle was open. I picked it up and looked inside the bottle. I had absolutely no clue of what was in it. At least the bottle was a hundred years old. Probably it had been lying on the bottom of the sea. I took a closer look inside it. I saw a big shell inside it. I took the shell out from the bottle. The shell was already open. Perhaps nothing was in it. The bottle was also full with sand, so I poured the sand out. Something very shiny was found on the bottom of the bottle. It was a pink pearl. I put it inside my pocket and threw back the bottle into the sea. I walked near by the water again to see fi I could find something new that might have been a hundred years old. I said to myself as I walked away, “I have never been this lucky as I am now, in my whole life, and I am never going to be”.
